Decision made by parliament: New rules for Biofuels

Producers and suppliers of biofuels from biogas and biofuels from vegetable residues will as from 1 November this year get an advance notice that they qualify for tax relief, according to a decision in parliament.

Companies, after this decision, needs to establish a control system which ensures that biofuels from biogas and biofuels from vegetable residues are produced sustainably to obtain tax relief.
